  Took a long time to get ashes back. Urn was ok but decided I didn't like it. Find my cat's ashes in a ziploc bag that said "ziploc" in pink with burnt number tag in there. Upsetting. I've had other cats cremated elsewhere and nobody has used a ziploc zipper bag.

  My cat, Punkin, was returned to me in a simple white box which held a handsome unadorned urn wrapped in tissue paper. The cremation number was on the bottom as well as on the box. I heard the shifting of something inside so I was actually concerned that the ashes were loose rather than in a bag...unlike the previous reviewer, I am glad for a bag inside as it means she is safe and intact should one of the other cats knock the urn to the floor or should I wish at a later date to transfer her to another urn. From what I could tell, they did fine work.
